The product was good and I'm grateful for the freebie BUT the overall service was AWFUL! I am very disappointed with the seller. It took like about more or less 2 weeks before my order got to be delivered and this wasn't even an overseas purchase! The contact person was pretty much unresponsive and didn't even bother to explain the cause of all the delays of the shipment so that I could further grasp the situation. Mind you, I am very patient and understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances but this wasn't the case I suppose because the seller did not let me know of the situation beforehand. I know it's merely a 300-peso purchase but still, I did pay for it! The worst wasn't over until the delivery provider that was chosen was not a delight either! It took a week more before it finally got delivered to me. I was so frustrated. I even thought that what if it got lost along the courier's HQ since i know that those things happen along the way? Again, overall the product was okay but the whole service and process was so terrible. I hope you guys intend to fix these kind of problems in the future to not cause anymore mishaps with other potential customers. Thanks!
