There was a mix up with my very first order, they gave me the wrong size for 2 of the laces. So I sent them an email to report the incident with all the necessary information (order number, details of the problem and actual pics) and it was acted upon right away by Stephen, the very same day and no questions asked. After about 3-4 days, I received the correct lace. I though it was thoughtful for them to send me the correct lace without having to ask for the incorrect ones or make a swap. Awesome customer service on my very first order, this really made a good impression on me!
Totally different from what i ordered and wasnt expecting this. I received a non-reflective lace. Checked on your website for a possible refund/exchange and surprisngly, the shipping fee have to paid my customer or deducted in cases of a refund which both scenario adds up more inconvenience. It may sound a little for a pair of laces bought from your shop but i know you can imagined the impression it leaves on your customers.
